Hilda O’Donoghue Biog

Hilda O’Donoghue joined the team at RCS in March 2010, bringing a diverse range of skills and experience to the team, primarily in the area management and new business development.

Hilda started her career in investment banking in 1989 while simultaneously studying for her Bachelor of Commerce degree in UCD.

After nine years with ABN AMRO Bank, Hilda left to pursue an M.B.A. at the Michael Smurfit School of Business, University College Dublin. Upon completion Hilda spent a year at CRH in Investor Relations, where her work included the preparation and design of the CRH annual report and the CRH website.

Hilda subsequently spent two years at an e-learning company which specialized in simulated learning before taking time off for her most challenging role to date, raising her two young sons.

Now that they are a little older Hilda’s career has come full circle. Having attended dress making courses in the Grafton Academy many summers ago as a student, she now finds herself surrounded by exotic silks and dress making expertise, so much so that she has started to make her own dresses again. Hilda looks forward to assisting Judith O’Sullivan in guiding RCS through an exciting period of business growth and diversification.
