Description At ROISIN CROSS SILKS you will learn about silk and its evolution from factory to the catwalk. Students will also learn to appreciate silk as a valuable but scarce commodity. Students will get to see the finest silk collection in Ireland as well as being able to witness at first hand dresses from the finest local designers. RCS is known nationwide as being synonymous for the highest quality in silk and this quality extends also to the RCS educational experience.

The course is designated to give you a specific education in the importance and relevance of hand stitching silk curtains. The programme concentrates on each student creating their own sample/ dress curtain (max drop 90 inches), with a French pleat finish. (Alternative headings will also be illustrated)
